Samantha Adrian is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in account management and team leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of the Account Management Team at Bonterra since March 2022, Samantha has also held roles as F&E Team Lead and Account Manager II. Prior to Bonterra, Samantha worked at Social Solutions as an Account Manager, focusing on relationship management and client communications, and began as a Business Development Representative. Earlier career roles include Assistant Manager at Kalahari Resorts, various positions at Fairmont Austin during its pre-opening, Client Performance Supervisor at TravelTab, Group Housing Manager at JW Marriott, and Front Office Trainer at Hyatt Regency. Samantha's career commenced at Darden Restaurants as a Sales Manager. With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of North Texas, Samantha brings a wealth of knowledge in customer relations, operational excellence, and team development.
