Previously, Nik held key positions at ESW Capital, including Vice President of Cloud Technologies and Vice President of SaaS Operations, where Nik led engineering teams and drove improvements in cross-departmental communication. With a strong background in big data analysis, cloud migration, and CI/CD pipeline development, Nik has demonstrated expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and API-driven applications. Additional experiences include roles as a Technical Director at ProjectHunter, a Visiting Lecturer at STC Higher Education, and an IT Project Manager at Melitanet ISP, showcasing a diverse skill set in product management, software development, and technical leadership.
