Gabrielle Hoffman is a dedicated community engagement professional currently serving as the Community Engagement Manager at Bonterra since June 2021. In this role, Gabrielle establishes annual cohorts for the Jumpstart Program, analyzing nonprofit data to support grantmakers and enhance donor base growth for grantees. Prior to this position, Gabrielle was an Assistant Account Manager, providing nonprofits with essential fundraising tools. Additionally, Gabrielle is a Swim Coach at Greater Austin YMCA, overseeing youth training, and has gained diverse experience through previous roles in bartending, social media, and mentoring. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 2021.
