Natalie Dale is a skilled winemaker and distiller with extensive experience in the beverage industry. Currently serving as a winemaker at Bonterra Organic Estates since April 2024, Natalie previously held positions at E. & J. Gallo Winery as a distiller, where responsibilities included distilling and blending for multiple brands, as well as inventory tracking. Prior to that, at Santa Fe Spirits, Natalie managed day-to-day operations and production planning. Natalie's career includes significant roles at The Family Coppola, where contributions spanned from assistant winemaker to head distiller over a decade. Additional experience includes enology at Joseph Phelps Vineyards and earlier cellar work across various wineries. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Brewing & Distilling from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Science in Fruit Science with a Viticulture and Enology Minor from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
