Christian Ritter is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in eCommerce and IT management, currently serving as People & Process Lead Technology at bonprix since October 2016. This role involves transforming leadership within the eCommerce department, developing tech roles, and managing internal and external teams. Christian has a strong background in system architecture, having previously held positions such as Head of eCommerce Engineering and Head of Architecture, Infrastructure & Quality at bonprix, where responsibilities included migrating to microservices, optimizing development processes, and implementing agile methodologies. Prior experience includes leading IT at AFC Auto Fleet Control GmbH, focusing on IT strategy, project management, and employee development. Christian holds a Master of Arts in Management & Information and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
