Mikail Ceylan is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, M&A, and investment funds, currently serving as an Avocat à la cour at Bonn Steichen & Partners since May 2021. Ceylan also serves as a Lecturer in General Culture at ISCOM from September 2023 to July 2024 and held a position as Legal Counsel on secondment at Generali Investments in late 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Avocat and Junior Associate at Praxio Law & Tax and as a Parliamentary Assistant to the Vice-Chairwoman of the Social Affairs Committee of the French Parliament. Additional legal experience includes a role with the EPP Group in the European Parliament. Ceylan holds multiple master's degrees in European Political Studies and International and European Law from institutions including the College of Europe and the University of Strasbourg, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Law and Sociology from the University of Strasbourg. Ceylan also completed the Luxembourg bar association entrance exam via CCDL.
