Laurence Duchaine has work experience starting in 2015 as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Old Navy. They later worked as a Brand Ambassador at Suitsupply from June 2017 to August 2018. Laurence also worked as a Wardrobe Stylist at Boutique Tozzi from March 2016 to October 2019. They then worked at Télio Fashion Fabrics as a Customer Service Agent from April 2019 to October 2020, and as an Inside Sales Representative from October 2020 to September 2021. After that, Laurence worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Simply Green Home Services Inc. from September 2021 to December 2021. They most recently worked as a Customer Service Representative at VF Corporation from December 2021 to May 2022, and later at BonLook from May 2023 onwards.

Laurence Duchaine completed their high school education at Chambly Academy from 2010 to 2015, earning a high school diploma. Subsequently, they furthered their education at Collège LaSalle in Montréal from 2015 to 2018, pursuing a degree in Marketing with a focus on Fashion Marketing.
