Lynn Smith has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Team Lead at Bonitas Medical Fund since November 2015, following a role as a Callcenter Agent within the same organization. Prior to this, Lynn worked as a Personal Assistant at Keenan Jansen from May 2014 to October 2015 and held the position of Consultant at Telesure Group Services from October 2012 to March 2014. Lynn completed secondary education at R W Fick Senior Secondary, obtaining a matric certificate from 1990 to 1994.
