Luiz Barbarini serves as the Managing Director of Böning Ship Automation's American subsidiary since October 2014, overseeing business development and technical support for yachts, mega-yachts, and commercial boats. Prior to this role, Luiz held the position of Managing Director at Böning Tecnologia em Automação from May 2007 to October 2014, where responsibilities included business development and technical assistance in South America, successfully implementing around 200 automation projects. Luiz's experience also encompasses a role as a Solution Consultant with Siemens, focusing on enterprise communication solutions, and previous positions as a Technical Sales Engineer and Project Engineer Intern within the company. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University, a PhD in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, and a Master of Engineering in Mechatronics from Escola Politécnica da USP.
