Mohamed Youssef Salah has extensive work experience in software testing and quality assurance. Mohamed currently holds the role of Sr. Software Test Engineer at bonify Germany, starting in July 2020. Previously, they worked at uTest from March 2013 to June 2022, where they were a TTL and Gold rated Software Tester responsible for preparing test cases and test data, monitoring test cycles, and performing various testing types on mobile, web, and desktop apps.

Before that, Mohamed was a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer at Advanced Programs from December 2019 to April 2020. Mohamed also worked as a QA Automation Engineer at Crossover for Work from April 2017 to October 2019, where they created automation frameworks using Selenium, performed performance and API testing using JMeter, and worked in an Agile environment.

Mohamed's earlier experience includes roles at EFG Hermes Holding as an Associate Software Quality Control Engineer, where they conducted functional testing and worked within an Agile environment. Mohamed also worked at Visa as a Sr. Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Software Quality Assurance Engineer, ensuring the overall quality of the E-commerce payment system, participating in sprint planning, and producing functional test plan documents.

Furthermore, Mohamed had a software engineering internship at International Turnkey Systems - ITS in 2007. Overall, they have gained extensive experience in software testing, automation, and quality control throughout their career.

Mohamed Youssef Salah obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a major in Information System from Cairo University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in the field. Mohamed became an ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level - Test Analyst in October 2015 through iSQI GmbH. Mohamed also acquired the BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level 2011 syllabus certification in February 2014 and the ISTQB CTFL certification in the same month. Furthermore, they hold multiple Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: .NET Framework, Windows Forms Applications in July 2011, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in June 2011, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: .NET Framework, ASP.NET Applications in June 2011. Additionally, Mohamed achieved a TOEFL certification through AUC in December 2010.
