Isaac Bartholomew is an experienced operations and resource manager currently serving as the Ignition Director at Bonfire Ignite since May 2022, while also holding the position of Enterprise Integrator at Bonfire Effect since November 2021. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Bonfire Effect, Executive Director of Community Operations and Family Initiatives at Crossroads Church, and Recruiting and Training Manager at Group Publishing. Isaac has extensive experience in youth program development, budget management, public speaking, and conflict resolution, demonstrated through previous positions at Camp Timberline and SpringHill Camps where comprehensive operational and staffing oversight was provided. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Science from Texas A&M University, along with additional qualifications in integrator training from Rocketfuel University and a teaching certificate in Outdoor Education.
