Jason Hotchkiss has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at Bonefish Grill since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of General Manager at FSC Franchise Co. for a brief period in 2024 and was a Restaurant Manager at both Bloomin' Brands, Inc. and Bonefish Grill from December 2017 to May 2024. Additionally, Jason co-owned Crossroads Market and Grill, a family business specializing in barbecue and brick oven pizzas, from February 2014 to February 2017. Jason also has a background in public service, having worked as a Volunteer Firefighter at Crossroads Vol Fire Dept Inc. and as a Correctional Officer at a maximum security prison from April 2009 to April 2012. Education was completed at Land O' Lakes High School.
