Elisha Day's work experience starts in 2017 as a volunteer barista at TC Beanies and as an extra actor at Stone Street Studios. In 2019, Elisha becomes a rental kart racing driver for IORK Championship Kart Tournaments and also works as a food and beverage supervisor and barista at Venues ÅŒtautahi. In 2021, Elisha takes on roles as a bartender and food and beverage attendant at Bloody Mary's and as a temp barista and wait-staff at The Recruitment Network. Also in 2021, Elisha starts working as an analyst developer at FNZ Group and as a kartsport racing driver at Elisha Day Motorsport. In 2023, Elisha is promoted to senior software engineer at Bondsmith.

Elisha Day pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics and Computer Science from the University of Canterbury, starting in 2018 and completing in 2021.
