Rihab Tawes is an experienced professional in management of innovation and design thinking, currently serving as an instructor at Esprit School of Business since January 2024. Rihab has held multiple consulting roles at Bond'innov since January 2022, facilitating multi-actor projects within the CoLAB Tunisia program and leading initiatives at Bond'innov Méditerranée. Rihab's previous experience includes project assistance at CIDEAL Foundation, facilitation of the Youth Innovation Summit for UNDP, and technical assistance in sustainable agriculture with ATAE. Additionally, Rihab has a background in design thinking facilitation at COMMITT consulting and has contributed to the UN's SDG camps from 2016 to 2018. Rihab holds an engineering degree in agronomy from École supérieure d'agriculture du Kef, a Master 1 in sustainable territorial development from Ecole Supérieure des Ingénieurs de Medjez El Bab, and a certificate in biology-geology from Institut préparatoire aux études d'ingénieur de Bizerte.
