Amol Gaitonde currently serves as the (Fractional) Head of Corporate Development at BondbloX, where responsibilities include driving fundraising and forming strategic equity partnerships while acting as a thought partner to the CEO/Founder. Prior to this role, Amol held significant positions at SGX Group as Head Of Corporate Finance and Vice President, focusing on the origination and execution of investments and acquisitions. Experience also includes a directorial role at KPMG Singapore, where Amol managed M&A transactions in Southeast Asia, independent consultancy for a leading investment bank, and executive leadership within Nomura Singapore and Lehman Brothers in financial institutions coverage across Asia. Amol's academic credentials include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
