Seth F. Gilbertson is a Senior Counsel at Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, specializing in higher education and labor law since March 2022. Prior to this, Seth served as Senior Counsel at the State University of New York from September 2007 to March 2022, and worked as an Appellate Court Attorney at the NY Appellate Division, Third Department from August 2006 to August 2007. Seth's career in legal practice also includes a role as an Editor-in-Chief at ALR from 2005 to 2006. Academically, Seth obtained a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Albany Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude, from Saginaw Valley State University.
