Donald Huffman has over 25 years of experience in the retail and sales industry. Donald began their career in 1994 as a Business Manager/ Selling Supervisor at Barneys New York, where they oversaw Men's and Women's Fine Fragrance and Cosmetics area and inter-sold high-end Sportswear and accessories. In 2001, they joined Janway Staffing Agency as a Manager/ Recruiter, managing the temporary placement division, developing new business and building solid relationships with clients. Donald then moved on to The Art of Shaving as a General Manager Operations, directing retail operations of 4 stores. In 2005, they returned to Barneys New York as a Business Manager/ ReVive Skincare, generating sales and overseeing daily retail activities. In 2007, they became the West Coast Regional Sales Manager at Bond No. 9 New York, overseeing wholesale operations at all West Coast Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Sephora and Canada based Holt Renfrew and Hudson Bay stores. In 2016, they joined Macy's Ala Moana as a Sales Manager to a team of 25+ front of the house and 10+ back of the house staff for Woman's and Men's Footwear. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Trainer at HTI Collection Ltd. and as an Area Business Manager at Bond No.9 New York Fragrances. Finally, in 2019, they became the National Sales Manager, Independent Accounts and West Coast Regional Sales Manager at Bond No. 9, overseeing Retail operations for Luxury Fragrance Bond No. 9 New York at all West Coast Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales and Canada based Holt Renfrew and Hudson Bay stores.
Donald Huffman attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Specialized Sales, Merchandising and Marketing Operations. Donald also took additional courses in the same field.
