Charles Connor started their work experience in 2001 as a Project Director at William A. Berry & Son, Inc. Charles held this position until 2010. In 2010, they joined Bond Brothers as the Director of Operations C&U, a position they continue to hold.

Charles Connor attended St. John's Prep from 1971 to 1975. Charles then went on to study at Villanova University from 1975 to 1979 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
