Ryan Bennett is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at RowCal since September 2024, Ryan previously held the position of Managing Director at Nordstar from March 2022 to September 2024. Notably, Ryan spent nearly a decade at WeWork, where as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Franchising, led the franchising process for a significant portion of global supply and managed key international markets. As Co-CEO of WeWork India, Ryan achieved remarkable revenue growth from $10 million to a $130 million run rate in under three years. Earlier career roles include Vice President of Operations at Marriott International and multiple positions in sales and treasury at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and UBS. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
