Jamunadevi Dhayanidhi has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Jamunadevi started their career as a Team Leader at Allsec Technologies Ltd in 2002 and remained in that position until 2013. Jamunadevi then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a People Manager, where they successfully managed a team of over 30 SMEs and collaborated with counterparts in different time zones. In 2015, they co-founded Saviva Technologies, where they utilized their expertise in business analysis and quality assurance to help clients build their online businesses. Jamunadevi also played a crucial role in the design and testing of a cryptocurrency ICO project at Sentinel Chain, where they served as a Quality Assurance Project Manager from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at InfoCorp Technologies from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Jamunadevi holds the position of Head Of Service Delivery at BONbLOC, starting in 2021.

Jamunadevi Dhayanidhi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from St Peter's College of Engineering and Technology. Jamunadevi studied at this institution from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, they attended Holy Infant Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Pattabiram, where they also pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication.

Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their career. In August 2016, Jamunadevi completed a Digital Marketing course at FITA Training & Educational Services. In May 2016, they obtained an Inbound certification from HubSpot. Furthermore, they achieved a Six Sigma green belt certification from Anna University Chennai in December 2011.
