Štěpán Klouda has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Štěpán started their career in 2015 as a Telephone Operator at ATODA - pracujvpohode.cz, where they managed the seamless service to Vodafone and T-Mobile customers. Štěpán achieved targets such as handling time, sales, and call quality. In 2016, they joined Weyland Holz as an Invoice Manager/Sales Referee, responsible for providing professional and welcoming customer service while meeting sales and service targets.
