Jennifer Steele is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Josiah White's since July 2024, Jennifer leads the recruitment and hiring process, managing relationships with hiring managers and applicants, and implementing innovative recruitment strategies. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Developmental Services, Inc. and worked at Manchester University for over 16 years, most notably as Employment Coordinator, overseeing the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process. Additional experience includes roles as an Independent Consultant with Thirty-One Gifts and an Executive Assistant at Canterbury School. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management from Manchester University.
