Philippe Carvonis has a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with experience in sales, brand management, and trade relations. Currently, Philippe serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Bon Vivant, a biotechnology start-up focused on animal-free dairy proteins. Prior to this, Carvonis held roles at prominent companies such as Bel, Grand Marnier, and Gyma SAS. Philippe holds a degree in Engineering from ISA Lille and completed a Professional culinary program at the International Culinary Center.
