Michael Jordan is an experienced internal audit professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently retired since May 2017, Jordan previously served as Vice President of Internal Audit at The Bon Ton Stores, Inc., overseeing the SOX program for a chain of 275 locations. Prior to this, Jordan played a key role in establishing the Internal Audit function at QVC as its Director, leading the implementation of the SOX program worldwide. Additional experience includes directing internal audit initiatives at Graham Packaging and American National Can Co., managing teams and participating in strategic projects across the US and Europe. Michael Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business degree in accounting from Western Illinois University.
