Mihir Mehta is the CEO of Bomisco and has over 15 years of experience in customer success, finance, and risk management.

Mihir started their career at General Electric Co. (GE) as an Assistant Vice President in Risk Management. Mihir then moved to Cisco Systems as a Senior Finance Manager. After four years at Cisco, Mihir joined Zyme Solutions as the Principal Finance Manager and was responsible for setting up and running the Sales & Operations Planning process (S&OP).

In October 2014, Mihir became the Vice President of Customer Success at Leadspace. Mihir was the first customer success leader to be hired and led the customer success team from 0 to 15 hires. Mihir completely reorganized the customer success function and activities to align more closely with the business model. Mihir also built processes to track metrics that matter, providing the ability to measure net revenue retention, customer count retention, cohort analysis, and renewal tracking.

In December 2015, Mihir became the CEO of Bomisco. Mihir is responsible for leading the company and its products.

Mihir Mehta has a MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business, a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Mumbai, and a High School diploma from St. Mary's ICSE.
