Thiago Silva is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within Bombril and FIAGRIL. Since August 2022, Thiago has served as Gerente Corporativo RH at Bombril, after previously holding positions such as HR Business Partner and HR Specialist at the same company for over 15 years. Thiago's expertise in people management and organizational leadership has also been demonstrated in the role of Gerente Gente e Gestão/SSO at FIAGRIL from February 2019 to July 2022. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Leadership and Innovation from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, and a degree in Human Resources Management from EATT.
