Lahouari Benichou is an experienced professional in non-destructive testing (NDT) and welding engineering. Currently employed at Bombardier Aerospace since September 2014 as an NDT specialist, Lahouari has previously worked at MISTRAS Group, Inc. and SGS where expertise in various non-destructive testing methods and metallurgical analysis was demonstrated. Throughout a career beginning in 1999 at Sonatrach as a welding engineer, Lahouari contributed to several gas and oil projects, drafting welding procedures and qualifying welders. Educational qualifications include a degree in metallurgy from Polytechnique Montréal and a Master's degree in welding from the Université des Sciences et Technologies d'Oran, alongside certification in NDT.
