Bill Kinkaid has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Owner of Designee Services since May 2007, where FAA Designated Alteration Representative (DAR) services are provided to aircraft manufacturers, modifiers, dealers, and distributors. In addition, Bill Kinkaid holds the position of ODA Administrator and Airworthiness Inspector at Bombardier Learjet since March 1980, overseeing compliance with FAA approved ODA procedures and possessing in-depth knowledge of aircraft manufacturing and maintenance processes. Bill Kinkaid's educational background includes studies at Wichita State University in 1983 and the Spartan School of Aeronautics from 1978 to 1980.
