Anna Marie S. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anna Marie started their career as a Davidson Herpetology Lab Summer Fellow, where they conducted research on Burmese python behavior. Anna Marie also worked as a Speaking Center Tutor at Davidson College, assisting students in improving their public speaking skills.

Following this, Anna Marie joined the City of Rome Georgia as a Keep Rome Beautiful-ECO Center Summer Fellow and Guest Herpetologist. In this role, they facilitated civic education efforts, organized summer activities, answered herpetological questions, and posted snake profiles on social media.

Anna Marie then worked as a Compost Project Manager at the Tennessee Environmental Council, managing compost projects. Anna Marie later became a Yoga Instructor at the Yoga Alliance, teaching yoga classes.

Moving into the field of landscape design, Anna Marie joined the University of Georgia - College of Environment + Design as a Graduate Student Assistant. Here, they gained experience in assisting with various tasks in the department.

Anna Marie then progressed to OJB Landscape Architecture, where they worked as a Designer. Following that, they joined SeamonWhiteside as a Land Planner II, focusing on land planning duties.

Currently, Anna Marie is employed as a Landscape Designer at Bolton & Menk, Inc., where they utilize their expertise in landscape design.

Overall, Anna Marie has demonstrated a strong passion for herpetology, education, public speaking, and landscape design throughout their work experience.

Anna Marie S. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General at Davidson College from 2012 to 2016. Anna Marie then pursued further education at the University of Georgia - College of Environment + Design, where they earned a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from 2018 to 2021.
