Laxman Nayak has work experience in two companies: Bolton Adhesives and Total. Laxman worked as an International Area Manager for the Middle East at Bolton Adhesives from June 2015 to present. Prior to that, they worked at Total, starting in September 2009. At Total, they held two roles - Senior Business Development for Industrial and Commercial Key Accounts from January 2012 to June 2015, and Production and Supply Chain Executive for Lubricants, Grease, and Bitumen Operations from September 2009 to December 2011.

Laxman Nayak pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. Laxman completed this degree program between 2003 and 2007. Following that, they proceeded to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Automotive Engineering from the University of Bath. Laxman obtained this postgraduate degree between 2007 and 2009.
