Timothy Escamilla serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Bolthouse Fresh Foods since May 2023. Previously, Timothy held various leadership roles at DOLE Fresh Vegetables from July 2018 to April 2023, including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Vice President. As the Chief Operations Officer at Tanimura & Antle from October 2015 to July 2018, Timothy oversaw operations, further enhancing operational capabilities. Earlier experience includes significant roles at DOLE Fresh Vegetables focused on agricultural operations and supply chain management at Ready Pac Foods, Inc. Timothy began a career in management at Escamilla & Sons' Inc., where responsibilities included planning and supervising agricultural services. Additionally, Timothy contributed to public service as a member of the Housing Authority of the County of Monterey's oversight board. Timothy holds an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from California State University-Sacramento.
