Dillan Shaffer is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Manager at BOLTGROUP, a design and innovation firm, since December 2020. Prior to this role, Dillan worked at MANN+HUMMEL Group from May 2015 to December 2020, where responsibilities included directing North American engineering initiatives and managing over 80 high-level engineering projects as an Engineering Project Manager and Product Design Engineer. Dillan began a professional journey at Husqvarna Group in 2014, focusing on a senior design project that involved developing a prototype for an LCD display and sensor system for a riding lawnmower. Dillan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completing the degree in 2015.
