Ville Herva has extensive experience in technology and management within the construction staffing industry. Ville has served in multiple leadership roles at Bolt.Works since September 2016, including Former CEO, Management group member, and advisor. Ville's expertise also encompasses serving as Chief Executive Officer at Exe Headhunting, which is part of Bolt Group, from January 2022 to June 2024. Prior to these roles, Ville held significant positions at Viasys VDC as VP of Product Development and at Vianova Systems Finland Oy, where responsibilities included VP and Development Manager as well as Senior Programmer. Ville Herva holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and completed education at Lyseon lukio.
