Karen Albrecht has extensive experience in project management and technical development within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Karen has held roles such as Associate Director, Project Manager, Global Technical Development Project Manager, and Manufacturing Engineer at various companies including Seagen, Silverback Therapeutics, and Bio-Rad Laboratories. Karen's expertise includes managing ADC, mAb, and Small Molecule activities, developing new product formulas, overseeing pilot batches and validations, and conducting risk assessments. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
