Terrence Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Purpose Officer at Bolst Real Estate since February 2022, Terrence founded Bolst Works and the Bolst Scholarsā Program to enhance community assistance and support equity in real estate. As the founder and Chief Purpose Officer of kill pride club, Terrence fosters a safe space for men to express their humanity. In addition, Terrence has held roles as Lead Consultant & Communicator at The 1821, and previously served in various leadership positions at Buckhead Church, including Director of Digital Content and Inclusive Environments. With a Master of Divinity from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Terrence combines academic knowledge with practical experience to drive impactful programming in community engagement and cultural inclusivity.
