Zainab Khan has a long history of working in the media and fitness industries. Zainab began their career in 2006 as a Media Researcher at the Ministry of Finance. Zainab then moved to Alwatan Tv as a News Anchor in the same year. In 2007, they became a News Anchor at ALRAI TV. In 2011, they were a Television Host at Aladala TV. In 2012, they were a News Anchor at Kwt Ministry of Information. From 2017 to 2019, they held roles as a Zumba Instructor, BollyX Community Mentor, BollyX Choreographer, and BollyX Instructor at Zumba, BollyX - The Bollywood Workout, and Fitness First Middle East respectively. In 2020, they became a Fitness Instructor at Miss Platinum and Gravity Gym.

Zainab Khan received their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Kuwait University in 2005 after studying there from 2000 to 2005.
