Kila McCann is an experienced education administrator currently serving as the Dean of Enrollment and Accessibility at The Bolles School since June 2020. Previously, Kila held various leadership roles in enrollment management and admissions at Fountain Valley School from June 2013 to June 2020 and at Darlington School from June 2005 to June 2013. Kila began a career in education as a counselor at Fulford Academy and served as a recruitment officer at St. Lawrence College, contributing to the field since 1998. Kila holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services from Shorter University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from St. Lawrence College.
