Erica Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Erica currently serves as the Head of Business Systems at Boll & Branch, where they are responsible for managing back-end systems architecture and ensuring easy access to pertinent business information. Prior to this, Erica worked at TrueNorthern as President & Partner and at Dylan's Candy Bar as the Vice President of Supply Chain and Information Technology. Erica also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Betterbee, Inc, where they implemented various infrastructure improvements, managed financial oversight, and oversaw educational initiatives. Erica's earlier experiences include roles at North Carolina State University and North Carolina Wesleyan College, where they held positions related to student orientation, leadership development, and community engagement. Erica also worked at the University of Maryland Baltimore County as a Community Development Assistant. Overall, Erica Stevens brings a wealth of experience in various leadership and operational roles.

Erica Stevens obtained a BA in Sociology from North Carolina State University from 1998 to 2002. Erica then went on to pursue an MEd in College Student Personnel from the University of Maryland from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Erica has obtained several certifications from NetSuite. Erica became a SuiteFoundation Certified user in October 2015, a NetSuite Certified Administrator in December 2015, a NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant in February 2016, and a Netsuite Certified Financial User in March 2017.
