Erling Olaussen is an experienced executive with a strong track record in strategy, operations, and technology leadership. Currently serving as Chief Strategy and M&A Officer at Spir Group since June 2024, Erling also holds board positions at Simien and Unbolt, and previously served as Chief Executive Officer at Boligmappa AS, where responsibility included scaling the company for high growth. With a background that includes tenure as Managing Director at CatalystOne AS and CTO at Ambita, Erling has demonstrated expertise in managing software companies and leading technology strategies. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and a Master in Management from BI Norwegian Business School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara.
