Prior roles include Director of Adoption and Related Services at Sarasota Family YMCA, Inc., and Family Safety Program Manager at the Department of Children and Families, demonstrating a strong background in quality assurance, problem-solving, and strategic planning. Christa Bruning holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University and multiple advanced degrees in cultural anthropology and applied research from the University of South Florida, showcasing a robust academic foundation in mental health and social services.
