Rudy Quant has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Rudy started their career at AT&T Wireless in 1997 as an RF Engineer and worked there for three years. Rudy then joined Sprint Nextel, where they held the positions of Senior RF Design Engineer from 2000 to 2003 and RF Manager from 2003 to 2009. After that, they joined Communication Technology Services, LLC as an RF Engineering Sales Manager for a year. In 2010, they returned to AT&T as an RF Manager and stayed with the company until 2017. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Technical Solutions at Mobilitie since 2017.

Rudy Quant completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Florida International University from 1992 to 1996. Following this, between 2003 and 2005, they pursued their Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Technology at the University of Phoenix.
