Chelsea C. Owens has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic business partnerships and operational management. Chelsea C. has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 2020 to the present, Chelsea served as the Global Chief People Officer at BOLDSCIENCE, where they are responsible for overseeing HR operations. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2020, they were the Managing Partner at HR Knowledge Source, LLC, providing HR expertise to small and medium-sized businesses. From 2012 to 2013, Chelsea was the Vice President of Human Resources at Lectra, streamlining and accelerating the interview process. From 2004 to 2012, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Nucleus Global, driving strategic growth and revenue increase. Chelsea's early career includes working as an HR Manager at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. Chelsea C. has demonstrated accomplishments in areas such as change management, training and development, performance management, and policy implementation.

Chelsea C. Owens has a strong educational background in the fields of Psychology and History. Chelsea C. obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, completing their studies from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Francis Marion University, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. Chelsea also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from St Andrews Presbyterian College, which they acquired between 1989 and 1993.

In addition to their academic achievements, Chelsea has also obtained a certification as a World-Class Facilitator from SmartHabit in August 2020.
