Marcella Bertini currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Boldrocchi Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Marcella was HR Manager at Ingersoll Rand from October 2016 to July 2023. Marcella also held the position of Head of HR at ArcelorMittal CLN, overseeing the Human Resources function for a joint venture comprising 16 plants and approximately 700 employees after its establishment in April 2015. Previously, Marcella was the Head of HR & Safety at ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions Italy srl from July 2011 to March 2015, focusing on restructuring processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Before that, Marcella worked as HR Manager at Auchan S.p.A. from March 2008 to July 2011. Marcella Bertini holds a degree in Scienze Politiche from Università degli Studi di Milano, earned between 1994 and 2000.
