Justas Alekna has a diverse work experience. Justas currently works as a Business Development Manager at BOLDR since April 2021. Prior to this, they were the CEO at MB Europartas, where they managed the company and its affiliated website, www.w8motors.com. Justas also worked as an IT Consultant at Kauno ?an?i? Vidurin? Mokykla from September 2014 to September 2016. In addition, they have held positions as an Administrator at Hegelmann Group in July 2015 and as a Warehouse Assistant at SIGNEDA from June 2014 to August 2014.

Justas Alekna completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Vytauto Did?iojo universitetas from 2017 to 2021. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from the same university between 2022 and 2024.
