Eugen Daroczy has a long history of work experience. From 1995 to 1996, they were a Software Design Engineer at Microsoft. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Software Engineer III at Zetron, where they designed, developed, and integrated a license verification component based on FlexNET Publisher 11. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Alstom Grid as a Senior Software Engineer, working on the Time Series Derivation Framework. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Senior Software Developer at Milliman, where they worked on a web application that runs in the Azure Cloud, has a WPF desktop app, and makes extensive use of Azure services. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Senior Software Development Engineer at TalentWise, where they designed and implemented a brand new Data Transformations functionality. From 2018 to 2022, they were a Senior Software Development Engineer at BoldIQ, where they were a member of the Azure Platform team and developed Azure Service Fabric hosted microservices. Finally, from 2022 to present, they have been a Ski Instructor with the premier ski coaching business in the Pacific NW, and is also a Ski Instructor and Ski Instructor Trainer with PSIA - AASI Professional Ski Instructors of America - American Association of Snowboard Instructors.

Eugen Daroczy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca in 1989. In December 2020, they also obtained a certification in Developing Your Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn.
