Stephen Marcu currently holds a product position at BOLD, following the company's acquisition of FlexJobs in 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen served as VP of Remote.co at FlexJobs, where responsibilities included collaborating with the CEO to build and grow the platform. Stephen co-founded Salary Skills, successfully raising funding and developing multiple prototypes, and also co-founded GreenStack, Inc., leading the product team to innovate in the retail and travel discount sector. Earlier experience includes serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Product Manager at Spartina Ventures II, where Stephen launched a web app and managed content development, as well as working at UBS Financial Services in various strategic roles while completing an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Academic credentials also include an undergraduate degree from Duke University.
