Daniel Rushton is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading and developing innovative solutions within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Beamery since November 2019, Daniel plays a pivotal role in enhancing the Talent Operating System to support strategic transformation and workforce development. Previously, in various roles at 7TH MINUTE, Daniel spearheaded product management for the IMPACT platform, and at Synergy Health PLC, responsibilities included establishing market strategies and mentoring teams to improve customer experiences.
