Milena Makowska is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across various industries, particularly in the IT sector. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at BOLD since November 2021, Milena leads end-to-end recruitment processes. Previously, Milena held positions as HR Specialist & Recruitment Lead at SolDevelo Sp. z o.o., where responsibilities included candidate sourcing, client collaboration, and mentoring within the HR department. Earlier roles at Diverse CG and Personia Szkolenia i Rekrutacja involved conducting recruitment projects, training new team members, and engaging in employer branding activities.
