Molly Pazol is a UX Researcher at Bold Insight, where responsibilities include scoping projects, collaborating with client stakeholders, moderating usability tests, and analyzing research data to provide actionable recommendations for product design impacting millions of users. Previous experience includes a Lab Associate role assisting research logistics and supporting project participants at Bold Insight, and conducting research at Cornell University’s Department of Psychology on caregiver speech and zebra finch vocal learning. As a Clinical Monitor Intern at the Alzheimer's Therapeutic Research Institute, oversight of clinical trials was provided, ensuring compliance with regulations and data accuracy. Engagement in social justice initiatives included work with Survived and Punished NY, focusing on user-centered design for activist campaigns. A diverse background in retail and figure skating coaching complements a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Cornell University.
