Scott Ramsey is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various roles in the residential and commercial building sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Renovation at BOLD Construction since March 2023, Scott previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at TBP Homes of Raleigh from October 2020 to January 2023. With a history of working as an Independent Residential General Contractor and in construction management at companies such as M/I Homes, Schumacher Homes, and BuildLinks, Scott has developed a strong expertise in custom home building, project management, and strategic product development. Scott’s academic background includes studies at North Carolina State University from 1989 to 1992.
